TSPC can reveal the ten most popular properties on tspc.co.uk during March 2023, racking up more views than any other homes listed on the website.

Properties in the top ten list were located in a range of areas including Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth and Birkhill. Dundee’s popularity continues to shine through with four of the properties in the top ten list located in the West End of the city.

A variety of home styles gained interest however properties with three or more bedrooms continue to top the list with seven out of the ten homes matching this requirement.

Nine of the properties were listed in March and six are now under offer with the average selling time for these homes being only 16 days. One of the properties was active on the market for just one day before an offer was accepted which demonstrates how quickly buyers react when they find their dream home.

With prices ranging from £185,000 to £450,000, the average property price for the top ten homes was £301,000. This demonstrates that TSPC house hunters whether serious or just browsing have an eye for high-end homes.
