Prestigious Property

THE Tayside Solicitors Property Centre’s decision to introduce a “Prestigious Property” section to the ever popular bi-weekly Property Guide and the busy website has struck a chord with buyers and seller alike.
It was back in 2010 that Whitehall Crescent management unveiled the new shop window and the market has picked-up pace considerably in the intervening years.
The niche marketing tool was quickly embraced by sellers – and buyers have responded in their droves.
Lynne Hill, TSPC manager, explained: “The concept was to provide scope at the front of the Guide for a range of properties in the £350,000-plus bracket.
"There's no doubt the section dedicated to Prestigious Homes has caught the imagination of sellers and potential buyers alike, whether we are talking about the bi weekly Guide or the website.”
A special area within the smart TSPC base in Whitehall Crescent has proved a magnet to potential buyers, who enjoy browsing at their leisure without the prospect of high pressure sales tactics.
Advances in technology has provided scope for buyers to look over the options on tablets or via their mobile phones.
"Since the launch of the Prestigious Homes element the number of hits on the properties being profiled has been increasing significantly. It is very encouraging for sellers opting to give their homes the best possible profile,” said Lynne.
Experience has shown that profiling properties in this segment of the high profile Guide has proved cost effective for sellers across Dundee, Angus and north east Fife.
"We continue to attract a wide range of family homes valued at more than £350,000"confirmed Lynne.
