Festive Greetings from the TSPC
21 December 2015
It has been another memorable year on the Tayside property front. That will be confirmed when the eagerly awaited annual statistical information is collated and published by the TSPC in early January. Look out for it in the Guide and in local media outlets. While few people will be embarking on house moves over the Festive Season, the holiday period can present an ideal opportunity to map out plans for 2016 if you do have a hankering to make a move. With time on your hands, the Tayside Solicitors Property Centre website can provide a productive diversion from the traditional television fare.
If you find yourself at a loose end, why not pour yourself a cuppa and take a look at properties which have come onto the local market across Dundee, Angus and north east Fife. There might be something that catches your eye, spurring you into action in the New Year. It might even be your New Year resolution! Of course, the TSPC is the regions biggest shop window for properties at any time of the year. And member legal firms have again been trusted to handle purchases and sales of properties by the vast majority of locals. It is a pattern which has been largely unchanged down the decades, with generations opting to use the TSPC, based in Whitehall Crescent, to profile homes for sale across the region and across the price spectrum.
Experienced staff, value for money and effective marketing packages and access to the wider Scottish Property Centre are just some of the assets which the TSPC brings to the local housing market year on year. But in the meantime, Centre manager Lynne Hill and the staff of the TSPC would like to thank our many clients for their loyal support over the last 12 months and seize the opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
