The Key to Selling

If you're selling a property, there's no one better qualified to carry out the complicated transactions and ensure you the best service and results, than a local solicitor. TSPC Solicitors will:-

  • Arrange a pre-sale valuation of your house and, in consultation with you, (and with the surveyor instructed to prepare your Home Report), agree the appropriate asking price.
  • Advise you on the preparation of your Home Report.
  • Advise you on Costs.

Once instructed, your solicitor will:-

  • Prepare your draft schedule of particulars for approval.
  • Prepare and distribute full documented Schedules of Particulars, including photographs.
  • Register your property with TSPC.

 

Remember. The only way to gain access to TSPC is through your solicitor.

A one-off insertion fee to TSPC gives you full exposure to TSPC’s advertising media, and includes one year’s advertising on the TSPC web site, (which is updated at least three times daily), your listing in our full colour, weekly Property Guide, and a display on the walls of the Centre and via the Centre’s Free Web Access monitors.

Your Solicitor will then:-

  • Arrange any other advertising you might agree is appropriate, and will provide a ‘For Sale’ board for your property should you wish it.
  • Handle Enquiries.
  • Receive and process enquiries from all interested parties and arrange and handle viewings if required.
  • Receive and advise on Offers, and negotiate the sale contract on your behalf.
  • Carry out conveyancing including redemption of your Building Society loan, assist you with arrangements for new loan, redeem your feu duty, make inquiries for you about planning and development, prepare all other documentation and settle with you on completion of the transaction.

Just call into or contact TSPC, and our staff will give you all the details of properties for sale in your price range and which match your specifications. We can send you out our weekly Property Guide. You can call in and study the details for yourself in our simple easy-to-follow display system or access properties to fit your own requirements on our in-house monitors, and print your own schedules.

TSPC reception staff will take your property criteria details and locate properties in our database, print off schedule particulars for your selected properties and help you with any queries you may have. If you can't call in to our Property Centre or live outwith the area, you can take advantage of our computerised Property Matching
Service on this website.
