New Homes website slot is a hit

IF your taste in homes tends towards the contemporary, the Tayside Solicitors Property Centre’s latest innovation will be right up your street.

While the TSPC and the Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre are the shop windows for all manner of properties, of various vintages, they also profile new homes being developed across the region.

Peter Ryder, manager at the Whitehall Crescent Centre in the heart of the City of Discovery is reporting a strong response to the dedicated New Homes section launched recently on the increasingly busy website www.tspc.co.uk.

Peter said: “Quite simply, for anyone looking for a new-build property in the Dundee and Angus area, the TSPC has made it easier than ever to pinpoint the perfect property.

“Whether it’s a luxury detached villa, an exclusive apartment or a

first- time buyer flat, our dedicated New Homes section makes it easier than ever to find a property to fit the bill.

“Many builders are offering incentives such as free carpets, free white goods, cash incentives or even paying Stamp Duty ¬so it is a good time to consider buying new.

“Others will let you choose your bathroom and kitchen fittings early in the process, creating the perfect home for you.

“And some builders will even consider part-exchange, which may be an option to consider if you are looking to move to a specific area quickly.”

The website logo carries a distinctive builder’s site protective helmet and a simple click pulls up a list of new homes for sale in Dundee and Angus.

While the free weekly Solicitors Property Guide continues to have a 25,000-strong readership, the TSPC website is reporting more hits than ever, with an additional 15,000 a month being logged compared with a year ago.

The recently launched mobile site is also performing well, with 1,000 new hits a month being reported.

Last year the TSPC sold properties worth £320 million for clients and the New Homes section is another aspect of their ever-evolving marketing package.
