WITH sales picking-up pace as spring begins to roll-out, the Tayside Solicitors Property Centre anticipates increasing demand for their special niche section profiling “Prestigious Homes.”
It’s a sought-after facility in the weekly Property Guide and on the websites offered by both the TSPC and the Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre in Perth.
This eye-catching collection at the front of the popular Solicitors Property Guide is proving a magnet for potential buyers of homes in the £400,000-plus bracket.
Peter Ryder, manager at the TSPC in Dundee’s Whitehall Crescent, said:
“There’s no doubt the section dedicated to Prestigious Homes has caught the imagination of sellers and potential buyers alike, whether we are talking about the weekly Guide or the websites.
